Licenses, subscriptions and invoices

Woltti bills operators through platform licenses: each billable asset — a charging station, meter, battery, inverter or payment terminal — carries a license for a fee from the platform catalogue. These pages are read-focused for operators; the catalogue itself is managed by Woltti.

Licenses

Licenses lists your organisation's licenses with their numbers (LIC-2026-000123), the asset covered, the fee, and status (pending, active, suspended, cancelled). Each asset's detail page shows the same information on its Licensing card, and the asset lists can be filtered by licensed/unlicensed when auditing cover.

Subscriptions

A subscription is the agreement bundling licenses under commercial terms. The subscription detail page shows its licenses and history; changes to an agreement are visible in its audit panel.

Invoices

Invoices lists what Woltti has invoiced your organisation, with status and PDF. Line items trace back to licenses, so a surprising invoice line is best investigated from the license and its asset — and every invoice's audit panel shows status changes and any line adjustments, with who made them.

If a number looks wrong, check in this order: the asset exists and is yours → its license status and dates → the subscription terms → then contact support with the invoice number.
