Locations
A location is a site drivers see in the charging app: a name, an address on the map, opening hours, photos, and the stations that stand there. Well-maintained locations are the single biggest lever on how professional your network looks to drivers.
Creating a location
- Open Locations → New location.
- Give the location a name and description in English, Finnish and Swedish — the app shows drivers the version matching their language, falling back to English.
- Set the address. The map pin is what drivers navigate to, so place it at the actual entrance of the parking area, not the building's postal address.
- Choose Always open or define weekly working hours.
- Upload photos and drag them into order — the first image is the one drivers see in the list.
After saving, attach stations to the location from each station's detail page.
Editing and housekeeping
- Every field is editable in place on the location detail page; changes reach the driver app within minutes.
- The stations table at the bottom shows what is attached, with the same status columns as the main station list.
- A location cannot be deleted while stations are attached — the portal names the stations blocking the delete. Move or delete them first.
- The Audit panel at the bottom records name, address, opening-hours and photo changes — useful when a driver complaint refers to information that has since changed.
