Payment terminals
A payment terminal lets drivers without the app charge by tapping a card. The platform integrates Payter terminals (Apollo model); each terminal is linked to the charging stations it sells charging for.
Registering a terminal
- Open Payment terminals → New payment terminal.
- Enter the serial number printed on the device — it must be unique on the platform.
- Set the supplier and model, and the SIM card ICCID if the terminal uses mobile data.
- Link the charging stations the terminal serves. A station can be connected to only one terminal; the portal tells you which terminal already owns a station if you try to double-link it.
- Choose the proxy user — the account under which terminal-initiated sessions run. Use a dedicated service account per operator, not a personal account.
Day-to-day
The terminal detail page shows connectivity, the screen currently displayed, recent card sessions with their charging sessions, and device logs for troubleshooting. The Licensing card shows platform license cover, and the Audit panel records configuration changes — station links added or removed, ownership moves, proxy-user changes.
A terminal with at least one charging session cannot be deleted; this protects the payment records behind past sessions.
