Electricity contracts

An electricity contract records what you pay for electricity: the seller, the price basis, and additional per-kWh costs such as transfer fees. Spot-priced sell tariffs link to a contract so the platform can compute your margin correctly — and so driver-facing VAT follows the electricity seller's VAT rate rather than a hand-typed number.

Creating a contract​

  1. Open Electricity contracts → New electricity contract and name it after the real-world agreement (for example the seller and year).
  2. Pick the electricity seller. Sellers — with their VAT rates — are maintained by Woltti; ask support if yours is missing.
  3. Enter the contract's price terms and any additional costs rows (€/kWh with their own VAT) for transfer or other pass-through costs.
  4. Set validity dates matching the paper contract.

Linking to tariffs​

On a sell tariff's detail page, the Electricity contract field attaches the contract. Changing the link is recorded in the tariff's audit trail by contract name — useful when reconstructing why margins shifted in a given month.

A contract that is attached to tariffs cannot be deleted; the portal lists the tariffs holding it.
