Teams

A team groups users so you can treat them differently from the general public: give city fleet drivers access to depot chargers, or price employee charging with its own tariff. A team has three tabs — members, allowed stations, and email domains.

Creating a team

  1. Open Teams → New team, give it a name and an optional note.
  2. On the team detail page, set the operator (and partner, if the team belongs to one).

Members

Two ways to put people in a team, usable together:

  • Users tab — add individual accounts by searching name or email.
  • Email domains tab — everyone whose account email is under a domain (for example @lahti.fi) is included automatically; the subdomains flag also covers @dept.lahti.fi. Public mail domains such as gmail.com are rejected — a domain rule is meant to express organisation membership.

Domain-based membership picks up new colleagues with no admin work; use individual membership for exceptions.

Allowed charging stations

Stations added on the stations tab become the set the team's members may use — this restricts their access to those stations. Members of no team charge on the public network as usual.

Teams and pricing

A tariff can target one team, which is how closed-group pricing works: create the team, then create a tariff with Applies to: team pointing at it.

Governance

Membership changes matter — they change who can charge where and at what price — so the team's Audit panel records every member added or removed, domain rules changed, and stations allowed or removed, with the actor and time.
